If you have customers that you are having a hard time getting approved, simply fax us a complete credit application to 615-356-0048 and we'll take our "old school" underwriting approach and review your deal within an hour or two.  Once approved we will fax or call you with the terms.  Simply contract the customer, complete the standard stipulation check list and let us know when the packet is ready.  If the packet is complete, will ach or get you a check within 24 hours of receiving the packet.  We will address any problems with the packet quickly and work with you and the customer to resolve in a common sense manor.
